Rose Concrete

A selected portion of the fresh rose petals is taken to the extractor which has a perforated tumbler to allow the solvent circulate freely between the petals. The solvent is poured into the extractor, which is tightly sealed and then behaves like a “washing machine”  with the solvent washing the flowers. After the wash, solvent is emptied from the extractor. The wash is then placed into a concentrator which is steam heated to evaporate the solvent out of the concentrator, what is left in the concentrator is the ROSE CONCRETE.
